Account Executive/Senior Account Executive

Successful candidate will have agency and marketing Pharma experience, excellent time-management skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality, as well as stellar verbal and written communication skills.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Driving tactical projects through agency processes and will ensure projects work through appropriate channels and meet requirements/deadlines by working closely with internal teams.
  • Responsible for day-to-day client contact, developing strong and effective working relationships with clients and account teams
  • Support project managers and strategic planners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in healthcare/pharma advertising
  • Solid understanding of trafficking projects at an agency
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
  • Proactive team player with a strong work ethic
  • Excels under pressure in fast-paced environment, reacting quickly and intelligently
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as required

Creative

Copywriter (Junior Level)

Key Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to….

  • Product Copy Development for marketing materials, websites, social media, etc
  • Copy for Ad Campaign development, including print and digital
  • Sales Presentation development
  • Marketing Materials Content development
  • Digital and Social Media content
  • Additional copy development and creative services as needed
  • Work closely with Art, Editorial and Account teams

To qualify for this position, your background must include:

  • BA in English strongly preferred, with experience/interest in the Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
  • Strong writing and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and research skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Extremely resourceful with a strong attention to detail
  • Creative mind and imagination
  • Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast paced working environment, with willingness to learn
  • Solution oriented and resolution focused
  • Strong problem solving and creative concept skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Oncology experience a plus
