Senior Integrated Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or related coursework in a technology or creative field
• 6+ years of integrated production experience at a senior level
o Digital, video, VR/AR, chat bots, social, print, etc.
• Excellent technical knowledge and proficiency with current and upcoming technologies
• Strong hands-on leadership skills with the ability to manage several, multi-faceted, integrated advertising campaigns simultaneously
• Deep understanding of web and mobile application design and development, measurement strategies and analytics, various CMS platforms, social media platforms, operating systems and mobile devices
• Expert proficiency with digital scope development, planning and pricing
• Ability to collaborate with and lead digital development teams

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage complex integrated projects and interactive experiences [print, digital, social, video, touchscreens, etc.] from initiation to final delivery
• Provide direction and leadership to extended team members including UX designers, development and design teams
• Collaborate with account team, clients, and external partners to evaluate, recommend and produce effective digital solutions to drive brand awareness
• Partner with Senior Project Managers to develop assumptions for digital deliverables, build detailed Project Plans, statements of work and estimates
• Provide support to Project Management team for the day-to-day management of digital projects [digital banners, email campaigns and websites, etc.] from initiation through final delivery
• Oversee direct report’s activities to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
• Resolve conflicts among competing priorities and resources to assure timely delivery according to the plans and schedules established
